These Terms govern your use of Spacing Agency's website and services. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Spacing Agency provides social-timing intelligence software and agency services. Specific deliverables and scope for paid engagements are defined in a separate signed statement of work.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access data you are not authorized to access.
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No use that interferes with or disrupts the service or its infrastructure.
Intellectual property
Spacing retains all rights to the platform, models, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant Spacing a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Spacing makes no warranty that predictions, recommendations, or insights will produce any particular business outcome. Use professional judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacing's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spacing Agency is incorporated.
